12-month warranty
Every V1 is covered for 12 months from the delivery date against manufacturing defects — pump failure, heating element failure, battery failure, electronics failure.
Covered: anything that stops working through normal domestic use.
Not covered: drops, crushing, water damage from submerging the body, scale build-up from never running a rinse cycle, and normal cosmetic wear.
Your statutory rights
Customers in the EU also have a statutory legal guarantee of conformity of 2 years under EU law, and in France the garantie légale de conformité and garantie contre les vices cachés apply. Our commercial warranty is in addition to those rights and does not limit them.
To claim
Write to us with your order number, a description of the fault, and if possible a short video. We don't usually ask for the unit back before approving a replacement.
