Where your V1 ships from. Every machine is dispatched directly from our manufacturing partner in China. That keeps the price at €119 instead of €140, and it means delivery takes longer than a parcel posted inside Europe. We would rather tell you that here than let you find out from a tracking page.

A V1 costs €119, so shipping is free to France, the EU and the UK on a single machine.
Delivery times
Orders are handed to the carrier within 2 working days. After that:
- France, European Union, United Kingdom: 10 to 16 working days (Express to France: 7 to 12)
- Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada: 12 to 20 working days
- Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong: 12 to 20 working days
These are working days, not calendar days, and they exclude Chinese public holidays — Chinese New Year in particular adds one to two weeks every year. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.

The 27 EU countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.
Customs and duties
Import duties and taxes may apply on arrival depending on your country, and are the recipient's responsibility. Values are declared honestly on the customs form.
A note on the battery
The V1 contains a 28.08 Wh lithium-ion cell. It is below the 100 Wh threshold and ships legally by air as UN3481, but it must travel by a battery-approved service — which is part of why a few destinations take longer than you might expect.
If your parcel is late
If your order has not arrived 30 days after the last date in the estimate above, tell us and we will either resend it or refund you in full. That promise stands whatever the tracking says.
