Where orders ship from
VESPRA V1 units are dispatched from our manufacturing partner in China. Delivery times on the Shipping page reflect that. For destinations outside the European Union, local import duties may apply on arrival and are the recipient's responsibility.
Extended producer responsibility
Registration with the French WEEE (DEEE) and battery collection schemes is under way as part of incorporation. The unique ADEME identifiers will be published here once issued.
Waste electrical equipment must not be thrown out with household waste. Take it to a collection point, or return it to us and we will handle recycling.
Product conformity
The VESPRA V1 carries the CE marking. The EU declaration of conformity is available on request from vespracustomer@gmail.com.
