1. Who you are buying from

These terms govern every order placed on this store. By placing an order you accept them.

2. Products

We sell the VESPRA V1 portable espresso maker. Product photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but colours can vary slightly with your screen. Specifications are those supplied by the manufacturer and may be improved without notice; any change will not reduce the essential characteristics you paid for.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in euros, VAT included. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm. We may change prices at any time, but your order is charged at the price displayed when you placed it.

4. Placing an order

Your order becomes a binding contract when we send you the order confirmation email. Before that, we may refuse an order — for example if the product is unavailable, if the price was displayed in obvious error, or if we suspect fraud. If we refuse an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of order, through our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your card details. Your order ships once payment clears.

6. Delivery

We ship to the destinations listed on our Shipping page, with the delivery estimates shown there. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. If your order has not arrived 30 days after the estimated delivery date, tell us and we will either resend it or refund you. For destinations outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply on arrival and are payable by the recipient.

7. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. Tell us by any clear statement to [support@vespra.com]. You then have 14 days to send the goods back; return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or wrong. We refund within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of proof that you sent them. Our commercial 30-day return policy is more generous and sits on top of this statutory right.

8. Guarantees

You benefit from the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (2 years in the EU) and, in France, the garantie légale de conformité (art. L.217-3 et seq. Code de la consommation) and the garantie contre les vices cachés (art. 1641 et seq. Code civil). Our 12-month commercial warranty is additional and does not limit them. See our Warranty page.

9. Safe use of the product

The V1 contains a lithium-ion battery and heats water. Follow the manual: do not submerge the body, do not charge it unattended on a flammable surface, do not use a damaged unit, and keep it away from children. Lithium batteries must travel in cabin baggage, never in the hold.

10. Our liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to meet these terms. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded — in particular your statutory consumer rights.

11. Intellectual property

The VESPRA name, the content of this store, its texts and its images belong to us or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written consent.

12. Complaints and disputes
